The shawl is constructed like a half hap shawl, starting at the center edge with the triangle, with plenty of garter stitch and eyelets goodness.
Then the second color is attached, and half of the stitches are worked with German Short rows, then the second half stitches are worked in the same fashion.
At the end you have the option to add this big tassels
