The Dandelion hat is a cute pattern with twisting ribs and a pretty dandelion stitch. It is knitted with two yarns held together: a fingering and a lace mohair to make it cozy and warm. It can also be knitted with one single DK yarn.
Gauge: 22 stitches x 32 rows = 10 cm in stockinette stitch in 3.75mm/US 5 (or another size to get the gauge)
Finished Measurements: Sizes: 1, (2), 3. Circumference 40, (47), 51cm. After blocking, without stretching, is suitable for a head circumference of 46-50, (51-55), 56-60cm.
Materials Used: Yarn: about 110, (130), 150m of fingering weight yarn and the same quantity of lace mohair. Yarn used for this version: 100% Merino yarn from The High Fiber & Kid-Silk from Drops
Needle Size: Recommended needles (to get the gauge): 3.75mm/US 5 + 3.5cm/US 4 needles for the ribbing
